Ingredients: Pepper Powder, Black Cardamom, Cumin, Cloves, Cinnamon, Mint Leaves, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Coriander, Bay-Leaves, Garlic, Nutmeg, Dry Ginger, Aniseed, Salt, Fenugreek Leaves, Paprika and Fennel
Recipe 1: Hara Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
• 500 gms chicken
• 3 green chillies
• ¼ cup coriander leaves
• 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
• 3 tbsp chopped mint leaves
• 2 onions
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp AEROPLANE GREEN CHICKEN MASALA
• 3 tbsp oil
Method:
• Make paste of green chillies, coriander leaves, desiccated coconut powder and mint leaves.
• Heat oil, saute chopped onions.
• Now add ginger garlic paste and grinded paste.
• Also add 2 tbsp Aeroplane Green Chicken / Meat Masala powder and cook till oil separates.
• Add chicken with some water and cook till chicken gets tender.
• Add chopped coriander leaves and serve with naan.
Recipe 2: PALAK GOSHT Recipe
Ingredients:
• 750 gms mutton
• 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• ½ cup curd
• 3 green chillies chopped
• 50 gm pack of AEROPLANE GREEN CHICKEN MASALA
• 200 gm spinach leaves, puree
• 225 gms onions chopped
• 3 tomatoes chopped
• Salt to taste
• ¼ tsp cumin seeds
• 100 gms butter
Method:
• Marinate mutton with ginger garlic paste, green chillies, AEROPLANE GREEN CHICKEN MASALA, curd and salt. Keep aside for 4 hours
• Heat oil in a cooking pot add cumin, onions and fry till it gets deep brown.
• Add marinated mutton and mix well. Sauté for 10 mins then add curd, tomatoes, salt and leave to simmer.
• When meat is almost done, add pureed spinach and mix well. Cook for 5 mins uncovered
