Ingredients : Kasuri Methi Leaves

Recipe 1 : Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp AEROPLANE TURMERIC POWDER, 2 tsp AEROPLANE RED CHILLI POWDER, salt  and 1 chopped tomato. Now add 3 potatoes (peeled and cutted into small pieces) with little water and mix well. Cook till potatoes are almost done. Add 2 cups (washed and soaked) AEROPLANE KASURI METHI and saute for 5 -10 minutes. Serve with naan or roti.
Note: Can replace potatoes with any vegetable. AEROPLANE KASURI METHI also adds flavour to any paneer or chicken dishes. kasuri methi can be added to flour to make naan, kulchas and parathas. Chilli and salt to taste
