Ingredients: Dry ginger, salt, black pepper, rock salt, tamarind extract, malic acid, cumin,black salt, bishop’s weed dry mango, mint-leaves and asafoetida
Preparation for Pani Puri:
In cold water, add 3 tbsp Aeroplane pani puri masala and stir. Add salt, mint leaves and green chillies paste and lime to taste. Serve with pani and soaked boondis or boiled chopped potatoes and boiled bengal gram as fillers of puris.
Note: Same masala can be used as sprinkler in any chaat.
