Ingredients: Coriander, Red Chilly, Turmeric, Caraway, Black Salt, Dry-Ginger, Rock Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Dried Mango, Kachri, Pepper Long, Clove, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Salt, Mint Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Musturd, Fenugreek Seeds and Bishop Weeds

Ingredients:
• 100 gms pigeon peas (toovar dal)
• 1 onion
• ½ cup mix of chopped drumsticks, brinjal and pumpkin
• 1 tsp AEROPLANE CHILLI POWDER
• 20 gm pack of AEROPLANE SAMBHAR MASALA
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp tamarind juice
• For tadka:-
• 1 whole red chilli
• ¼ tsp mustard seeds
• 8 curry leaves
• Pinch of AEROPLANE HING
• 2 tbsp oil
• ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
Method:
• Soak pigeon peas i.e. Toovar dal for half an hour.
• Boil it with onions, drumsticks, brinjal and pumpkin with water and Aeroplane chilly powder.
• Now add Aeroplane Sambhar Masala and bring to boil.
• Add salt and tamarind juice.
• For tadka:
• Heat oil, add fenugreek seeds, whole red chilly, mustard, curry leaves and Aeroplane Hing (asafoetida). Add the tadka to cooked dal. Cook for 5 mins and serve.
