Aeroplane Achari Chicken / Meat masala helps you create a mild and velvety version of traditional Chicken .

Additional Information




1.Slit lengthwise 6 large green chillies from one side and fill into it mixture of 3 tsp Aeroplane Achari Chicken/ Meat Masala and 2 tbsp lemon juice. 
2.In a pan heat oil, add 1 chopped onion, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 500 gms of chicken/meat.
Fry for 2 mins.
3.Now add 3 tbsp Aeroplane Achari Chicken/ Meat Masala , ½ cup yogurt, ½ cup tomato puree and add some water.
4.Cover and cook on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
5.Sitr once in a while.
6.Now add spiced chillies and mix well. Allow it to simmer on low flame to enhance flavours. 
7.Adjust salt and chilli according to taste.
8.Serve with Naans and Parathas.


Note : For acharipaneer, replace meat with paneer or any vegetable and follow same method. - Chilli & Salt to taste.
