Fish Curry Recipe

Ingredients

1.500 Gms fish
2.1 tsp chopped garlic and ginger
3.10 Gms tamarind paste
4.100 Gms coconut paste
5.Salt to taste
6.4 tbsp AEROPLANE GOAN FISH MASALA
7.Coriander leaves
8.1 onion

Instructions

1.Fry onion till golden brown in oil. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic and ginger, 10 gms tamarind paste, 
2.Add 100 gms coconut paste, salt and some water.
3.Now add 4 tbsp Aeroplane goan fish masala with 500 gms fish. Simmer till fish is cooked and bring to boil.
4.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.

Notes

  • Note : same can be used for prawns, shrimps and crabs

COCONUT PRAWNS Recipe

Ingredients

1.500 Gms prawns
2.4 tbsp mustard oil
3.1 ½ cup coconut milk
4.1 chopped onion
5.1 tsp AEROPLANE RED CHILLI POWDER
6.1 tsp cumin seeds
7.1 tsp chopped ginger
8.1 tsp AEROPLANE TURMERIC POWDER
9.Salt to taste
10.20 Gms pack of AEROPLANE FISH MASALA
11.1 tomato chopped
12.1 tsp sugar

Instructions

1.Wash prawns thoroughly in cold water. Marinate it with AEROPLANE TURMERIC POWDER and salt. Keep aside for 20 mins
2.Grind onion, green chillies, tomatoes and ginger to paste
3. Heat oil in pan, fry prawns till it gets golden 
4.In the remaining oil, add zeeera and paste. sauté for 2 – 3 mins
5.Now add AEROPLANE FISH MASALA, fried prawns, salt, sugar and coconut milk in pan. Let it simmer for 10 – 15 mins.
6.Serve with rice or naan
