Muttor Paneer Recipe

Ingredients

1.  250 Gms cottage cheese
2.  1 onion chopped
3.  1/2 Cup tomato puree
4.  1/2 Cup green peas
5.  Salt to taste
6.  1/2 tsp AEROPLANE CHILLI POWDER
7.  3 tsp AEROPLANE GARAM MASALA POWDER
8.  Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

1.  Cut cottage cheese (paneer) into small pieces.
2.  Heat oil and golden fry onions. Add tomato puree, salt, Aeroplane chilly powder and mix well.
3.  Add Aeroplane ShahiGaram Masala powder and cook for 3 mins.
4.  Add cooked peas with some water and simmer for 10 mins.
5.  Add paneer and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.

Notes

  • Note : Aeroplane ShahiGaram Masala is best for taste for Dal, samosa, kachori, pakodas and pattice

Nawabi Daal Recipe

Ingredients

1.  250 Gms UradDaal
2.  1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
3.  100 Gms butter
4.   2-3 tsp Aeroplane ShahiGaram Masala Powder
5.   1 piece ginger
6.   Salt to taste
7.    tsp Aeroplane Red Chilli Powder
8.   125 Gms tomatoes (chopped)
9.   1 tsp cumin seeds
10.  2-3 pods green cardamom
11.  6 mint leaves (chopped
12.  1 handful chopped coriander leaves
13.  1/2 cup cream
14.  1/2 cup curd (beaten)
15.  25 Gms each of almonds, pistachios and raisins (fried and sliced)
16.  Silver or gold varakh

Instructions

1.  Take a vessel and add daal, water, turmeric powder and salt. Cook till daal gets soft and dry.
2.  Heat butter in pan, crackle cumin and cardamom
3.  Then add chopped ginger, red chilli powder, tomatoes, turmeric and salt. Saute for 2 mins.
4.  Mix daal into masalas and add coriander leaves, mint, cream and curd. Cook till the mixture turns thick. Turn off the heat and add nuts and raisins.
5.  Add in bowl and cover with silver varakh.
6.  Serve with parathas or pulao
