Hara Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1.  500 Gms chicken
2.  3 green chillies
3.  ¼ cup coriander leaves
4.  3 tbsp desiccated coconut
5.  3 tbsp chopped mint leaves
6.  2 onions
7.  1 tsp ginger garlic paste
8.  Salt to taste
9.  2 tbsp AEROPLANE GREEN CHICKEN MASALA
10. 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

1.  Make paste of green chillies, coriander leaves, desiccated coconut powder and mint leaves.
2.  Heat oil, saute chopped onions.
3.  Now add ginger garlic paste and grinded paste.
4.  Also add 2 tbsp Aeroplane Green Chicken / Meat Masala powder and cook till oil separates.
5.  Add chicken with some water and cook till chicken gets tender.
6.  Add chopped coriander leaves and serve with naan.

PALAK GOSHT Recipe

Ingredients

1.  750 Gms mutton
2.  2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3.  ½ cup curd
4.  3 green chillies chopped
5.  50 Gms pack of AEROPLANE GREEN CHICKEN MASALA
6.  200 Gms spinach leaves, puree
7.  225 Gms onions chopped
8.  3 tomatoes chopped
9.  Salt to taste
10. ¼ tsp cumin seeds
11. 100 Gms butter

Instructions

1.  Marinate mutton with ginger garlic paste, green chillies, AEROPLANE GREEN CHICKEN MASALA, curd and salt. Keep aside for 4 hours
2.  Heat oil in a cooking pot add cumin, onions and fry till it gets deep brown.
3.  Add marinated mutton and mix well. Sauté for 10 mins then add curd, tomatoes, salt and leave to simmer. 
4.  When meat is almost done, add pureed spinach and mix well. Cook for 5 mins uncovered
