Mutton Haleem Recipe

Ingredients

1.  1.2 Kg whole wheat
2.  100 Gms channadaal
3.  100 Gms uruddaal
4.  Salt to taste
5.  2 tsp ginger garlic paste
6.  100 Gms pack of AEROPLANE HALEEM MASALA
7.  2 tsp AEROPLANE RED CHILLI POWDER
8.  1 tsp AEROPLANE CORIANDER POWDER
9.  1 tsp AEROPLANE TURMERIC POWDER
10. 4 tbsp tomato puree
11. 1 Kg meat
12. 2 onions, chopped and fried
13. 3 green chillies
14. Coriander leaves
15. Mint leaves

Instructions

1.  Soak wheat in water for seven to eight hours.
2.  Also soak channa dal and urad dal and cook well. Pressure cook, wheat with salt and water. Cook till it gets mushy and tender.
3.  Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, Half pack Aeroplane Haleem / Masala, aeroplane red chilly powder, coriander powder, aeroplane turmeric powder,            tomato puree, salt and meat/ chicken.
4.  Cook on medium heat till meat gets done.
5.  Then mix in the cooked wheat and stir fry the mixture till it gets thick.
6.  Add fried onions and green chillies.
7.  Garnish with coriander and mint leaves and also add few drops of lemon.
