Paaya Curry Recipe

Ingredients

1.  3-4 goat trotters (paaya)
2.  Salt to taste
3.  1 tsp AEROPLANE RED CHILLI POWDER
4.  1 onion
5.  1 tsp garlic
6.  2 tbsp tomato puree
7.  3 tbsp AEROPLANE PAAYA MASALA POWDER
8.  Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

1.  Wash trotters i.e. Goat paaya and cut them into 2 pieces.
2.  Pressure cook mutton along with salt, water and 1 tsp Aeroplane red chilly powder.
3.  Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions and chopped garlic.
4.  Now add tomato puree and 3 tbsp Aeroplane paaya masala. Let it cook for some time. Add coriander leaves.
5.  Bring it to boil and serve with tandoori rotis

Nalli korma Recipe

Ingredients

1.  1 Kg mutton nallis and other pieces boiled
2.  400 Gms onions, sliced and fried
3.  40 Gms cashew nuts, fried
4.  4 green chillies chopped
5.  2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
6.  20 Gms pack of AEROPLANE PAAYA MASALA
7.  2 tsp AEROPLANE red chilli powder
8.  3 tbsp curd
9.  Salt to taste
10. 1 lemon juice
11. ¼ Cup oil

Instructions

1.  Grind onions and cashew nut to paste
2.  Heat oil in a pan, saute green chillies, ginger garlic paste. Mutton nallis and AEROPLANE PAAYA MASALA, onion paste and cook for couple of minutes.
3.  Add 4 cups of water, lemon juice and cook untill the meat gets tender.
4.  Garnish with julliennes of ginger and serve with tandoori rootis
