Chapli Kebab Recipe

Ingredients

1.1 Kg mutton kheema (mince)
2.2 chopped onions
3.1 tsp ginger garlic paste
4.1 egg beaten
5.3 tbsp AEROPLANE PESHAWARI KEBAB MASALA
6.2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
7.1 tbsp chopped mint leaves

Instructions

1.Mix in kheema (mince), chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, egg, chopped
2.coriander leaves and chopped mint leaves.
3.Also add Aeroplane PeshawariSeekh / Chapli kebab masala.
4.Keep the mixture aside for half an hour.
5.Roll the mixture in round ball shape. Flatten (press by palms) the balls.
6.Shallow fry the kebabs till it gets golden brown from both the sides.
7.Serve hot with breads and chutney.

Shammi kebab Recipe

Ingredients

1.1 Kg minced meat
2.100 Gms channa dal, soaked for an hour
3.50 Gms pack of AEROPLANE CHAPLI/ SEEKH KEBAB MASALA
4.2 eggs
5.1 lemon juice
6.Salt to taste
7.4 chopped green chillies
8.Coriander leaves, chopped
9.Mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

1.Cook dal and rest of the ingredients except eggs together in a pressure cooker till the dal is 
2.Now uncover it and keep stirring till the water evaporates. Allow to cool.
3.Grind the above mixture to a fine paste. Add beaten eggs into the mixture. Stir well.
4.Take ghee in a pan, heat it and deep fry each kebab on both sides till golden brown.
5.Shami Kebab is ready. Serve it with roomali roti and fresh mint chutney.
