White Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients

1.  3 onion
2.  2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3.  1 kg chicken
4.  4 tbsp AEROPLANE WHITE CHICKEN MASALA
5.  Salt to taste
6.  3 green chilles
7.  3 tbsp cashew nuts paste
8.  ½ cup milk/ curd

Instructions

1.  Heat oil, add onions paste, ginger-garlic paste and chicken. let it cook for 15 mins. Add Aeroplane White Chicken/meat masala and salt.
2.  Now add milk / curd, 3 tbspcashewnut paste, slits of green chillies and let it cook for 10 mins.
3.  For garnish pour some fresh cream and sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with naan or roti.

Notes

  • Note: for veg recipe take any mix of vegetables instead of chicken/meat.

SAFAID MURGH KORMA Recipe

Ingredients

1.  1 kg boneless chicken
2.  1 ½ tsp poppy seeds
3.  150 Gms curd
4.  ½ cup milk
5.  1/3 cup ghee
6.  100 Gms cashew nuts
7.  2 cinnamon sticks
8.  350 Gms onions, chopped
9.  3 green chillies chopped
10. 3 green cardamom pods
11. 150 Gms pack of AEROPLANE WHITE CHICKEN MASALA
12. 2 tsp chopped garlic
13. 2 tsp chopped ginger
14. 1 whole green chilli
15. Salt to taste

Instructions

1.  Soak poppy seeds and half of cashew nuts in ½ cup of water and grind into paste
2.  Hang curd in muslin cloth for 2 hours
3.  Heat 2 tsp ghee add whole spices and cashew nuts and fry well
4.  Now add onions, green chillies and ginger garlic and remove in bowl and make paste of it
5.  Then heat ghee, add paste, chicken, salt and AEROPLANE WHITE CHICKEN MASALA.
6.  Cover it and cook on slow flame for about 30 mins. Then add hung curd and milk and mix well.
7.  Garnish with fresh cream.
