Recipe 1 : Fish Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
• 500 gm fish
• 1 tsp chopped garlic and ginger
• 10 gms tamarind paste
• 100 gms coconut paste
• Salt to taste
• 4 tbsp AEROPLANE GOAN FISH MASALA
• Coriander leaves
• 1 onion
Method:
• Fry onion till golden brown in oil. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic and ginger, 10 gms tamarind paste,
• Add 100 gms coconut paste, salt and some water.
• Now add 4 tbsp Aeroplane goan fish masala with 500 gms fish. Simmer till fish is cooked and bring to boil.
• Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
• Note: same can be used for prawns, shrimps and crabs
Recipe 2 : COCONUT PRAWNS Recipe:-
Ingredients:
• 500 gms prawns
• 4 tbsp mustard oil
• 1 ½ cup coconut milk
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 tsp AEROPLANE RED CHILLI POWDER
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp chopped ginger
• 1 tsp AEROPLANE TURMERIC POWDER
• Salt to taste
• 20 gms pack of AEROPLANE FISH MASALA
• 1 tomato chopped
• 1 tsp sugar
Method:
• Wash prawns thoroughly in cold water. Marinate it with AEROPLANE TURMERIC POWDER and salt. Keep aside for 20 mins.
• Grind onion, green chillies, tomatoes and ginger to paste
• Heat oil in pan, fry prawns till it gets golden
• In the remaining oil, add zeeera and paste. sauté for 2 – 3 mins
• Now add AEROPLANE FISH MASALA, fried prawns, salt, sugar and coconut milk in pan. Let it simmer for 10 – 15 mins.
• Serve with rice or naan
