Ingredients: Red Chilly, Coriander, Bay Leaf, Anistar, Fennel Seed,
Black-Cardamom, Cloves, Cumin, Sesame,Cinnamon,
Anistar, Mace, Nutmeg,Clove Leaves, Repseed Oil, Dry Ginger,
Garlic, Salt Black Pepper and Asafoetida

Recipe 1: Mutton Curry Recipe:-
Ingredients:
• 500 gms meat
• 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 4 chopped onions
• 2 green chillies
• 1 tsp AEROPLANE TURMERIC POWDER
• 1 tsp AEROPLANE RED CHILLI POWDER
• 1 tbsp curd
• 2 medium size tomatoes
• 3 tsp AEROPLANE MEAT MASALA

Method:
• Wash 500 gms meat and pressure cook with salt, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and water. Golden fry 4 chopped onions in one pan.
• Add 2 sliced green chillies 1 tsp aeroplane turmeric powder, 1 tsp aeroplane chilly powder, 1 tbsp curd and 2 medium size chopped tomatoes.
• Add 3 tsp Afghani meat masala and saute it for 2 to 3 mins. Now add boiled meat to it, stir well.
• Garnish with boiled egg and mint leaves.

Recipe 2: Rogan Josh Recipe:-
Ingredients:
• 250 gms meat
• 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
• ½ tsp AEROPLANE TURMERIC POWDER
• ½  tsp AEROPLANE RED CHILLI POWDER
• 1 whole red chilli, soaked and grinded to paste
• 2 tbsp AEROPLANE MEAT MASALA
• 3 chopped onions
• 200 gms tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 black cardamom
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• 2 – 3 green cardamom pods
• Salt to taste

Method:
• Heat oil in a pan. Add whole masalas and onions and fry till it gets soft.
• Add ginger garlic paste, AEROPLANE TURMERIC POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER and RED CHILLI POWDER.  Mix well and simmer for 2 mins
• Now add tomatoes, red chilli  paste, AEROPLANE MEAT MASALA, salt and little water.
• Cover and cook until mutton gets tender.
• Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with naan or rice
