Ingredients: Mint Leaves, Coriander, Red Chilly, Black Cardamom, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Nagkeshar, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cassia, Salt, Cassia Leaf, Dry Mango, Dry Ginger, Garlic and Lemon Concentrate
Recipe 1: Mutton Haleem Recipe:

Ingredients:
• 1.2 kg whole wheat
• 100 gms channa daal
• 100 gms urud daal
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 100 gms pack of AEROPLANE HALEEM MASALA
• 2 tsp AEROPLANE RED CHILLI POWDER
• 1 tsp AEROPLANE CORIANDER POWDER
• 1 tsp AEROPLANE TURMERIC POWDER
• 4 tbsp tomato puree
• 1 kg meat
• 2 onions, chopped and fried
• 3 green chillies
• Coriander leaves
• Mint leaves

Method:
• Soak wheat in water for seven to eight hours.
• Also soak channa dal and urad dal and cook well. Pressure cook, wheat with salt and water. Cook till it gets mushy and tender.
• Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, Half pack Aeroplane Haleem / Masala, aeroplane red chilly powder,  coriander powder, aeroplane turmeric powder, tomato puree, salt and meat/ chicken.
• Cook on medium heat till meat gets done.
• Then mix in the cooked wheat and stir fry the mixture till it gets thick.
• Add fried onions and green chillies.
• Garnish with coriander and mint leaves and also add few drops of lemon.
