Ingredients: Turmeric, Salt, Dry-Ginger, Cumin, Coriander, Red Chilly, Paprika, Garlic, Aniseed, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Lemon Concentrate, Fennel, Bengal Gram, Poppy Seeds, Anistar, Triphala, Cassia, Cassia Leaves, Dry mango and Pomegranate Seed

Recipe 1: Chicken Tandoori Recipe:

Ingredients:
• 250 gms cottage cheese
• 1 onion chopped
• ½ cup tomato puree
• ½ cup green peas
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp AEROPLANE CHILLI POWDER
• 3 tsp AEROPLANE GARAM MASALA POWDER
• Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Method:
• With sharp knife make fine cuts on pieces of chicken legs and breast so that all the masalas absorb in it.
• Mix curd, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and Aeroplane Tandoori masala and salt.
• Coat the chicken pieces with the marinate. set it aside for few hours.
• Apply oil/ butter on marinated chicken and roast till done and serve with salad and wedges of lemon and onions.
• Note: Tandoori Veg : Use 1 Kg mix of cauliflower, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, capsicum, Potatoes Instead of Chicken.

Recipe 2 : Zafrani Tikka Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 kg chicken breast (boneless)
• 250 gms cheese
• 100 gms cream
• ½ cup chopped mint leaves
• ½ tsp saffron (soaked in milk)
• 4 – 5 tbsp Aeroplane Tikka/ Tandoori/ BBQ Masala
• 1 tsp gram flour
• 30 ml sunflower oil
• Salt to taste

For Garnishing:
• 1 onion
• 1 tomato
• Coriander leaves

Method:
• Grate cheese into one bowl. Add Aeroplane Tikka/ Tandoori/ BBQ Masala, cream, saffron, gram flour, mint leaves, salt and mix well.
• Now marinate chicken with the mixed masalas and keep aside for 2 hours.
• Grill the chicken in tandoor or griller and garnish with sliced onion, tomato and sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves.
• Serve with green chutney
