Ingredients: White Chilly, Paprika, Dry Ginger, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cumin, Coriander, Bay Leaves, Nagkeshar, White Pepper, Cinnamon, Garlic, Green Cardamom and Nutmeg, Mace

Recipe 1: White Chicken Curry Recipe:-
Ingredients:
• 3 onion
• 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 kg chicken
• 4 tbsp AEROPLANE WHITE CHICKEN MASALA
• Salt to taste
• 3 green chilles
• 3 tbsp cashew nuts paste
• ½ cup milk/ curd

Method:
• Heat oil, add onions paste, ginger-garlic paste and chicken. let it cook for 15 mins. Add Aeroplane White Chicken/meat masala and salt.
• Now add milk / curd, 3 tbsp cashewnut paste, slits of green chillies and let it cook for 10 mins.
• For garnish pour some fresh cream and sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with naan or roti.
• Note: for veg recipe take any mix of vegetables instead of chicken/meat.

Recipe 2: SAFAID MURGH KORMA Recipe:-

Ingredients:
• 1 kg boneless chicken
• 1 ½ tsp poppy seeds
• 150 gms curd
• ½ cup milk
• 1/3 cup ghee
• 100 gms cashew nuts
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 350 gms onions, chopped
• 3 green chillies chopped
• 3 green cardamom pods
• 50 gm pack of AEROPLANE WHITE CHICKEN MASALA
• 2 tsp chopped garlic
• 2 tsp chopped ginger
• 1 whole green chilli
• Salt to taste

Method:
• Soak poppy seeds and half of cashew nuts in ½ cup of water and grind into paste
• Hang curd in muslin cloth for 2 hours
• Heat 2 tsp ghee add whole spices and cashew nuts and fry well
• Now add onions, green chillies and ginger garlic and remove in bowl and  make paste of it
• Then heat ghee, add paste, chicken, salt and AEROPLANE WHITE CHICKEN MASALA.
• Cover it and cook on slow flame for about 30 mins. Then add hung curd and milk and mix well.
• Garnish with fresh cream.
